The Role
As a Regional Evidence Processing Manager, you will oversee multiple Evidence Processing stores within a region, managing a diverse team and ensuring property is handled securely and according to legal standards. You will provide guidance on property handling and maintain accurate records.
Your main duties include:
* Ensure property is stored, logged, maintained, transported, and disposed of securely and legally.
* Support and guide key parties on property issues and manage employee performance across multiple sites.
* Meet KPIs through effective workforce management.
* Manage movement and records of property items, liaise with suppliers and internal contacts.
* Manage external partnerships and report non-compliance issues.
* Drive employee engagement and participate in workforce planning and attendance management.
* Handle all aspects of people management and employee relations.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with leadership skills, capable of delegation and report writing. You should have strong administrative and IT skills, with attention to detail for record updating and report writing. A full clean UK driving license (manual vehicles) is required, along with a 5-year employment history and unrestricted right to work in the UK. A criminal record does not necessarily disqualify you.
