Enrolment Specialist – Join Our Growing Team in St Albans!
Salary: £26,000 (rising to £28,000 from 1st March 2026) + Bonus
Location: Onsite – St Albans Office
Hours: Full-time. 9:00–5:30 (Mon–Fri) with 1 weekend in 3 (TOIL).
From 1 March, this moves to a 12:30–9:00pm shift with 1 weekend in 3.
Start: 12th January 2026

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Enrolment Specialist, you will:
* Manage your own pipeline of prospective students through our Salesforce CRM
* Provide exceptional customer service across calls, emails and WhatsApp
* Guide students from first enquiry to successful enrolment
* Tailor solutions based on students’ goals, backgrounds & needs
* Work closely with Senior Specialists & the Enrolment Manager
* Meet and exceed enrolment targets by providing an outstanding experience
* Maintain detailed, accurate records of all student interactions
* Collaborate with your team to identify issues and improve processes
* Act as a positive ambassador for our university partners

Working Pattern (Please Read Before Applying!)
This role is fully onsite in our St Albans office — you’ll be surrounded by a friendly, upbeat, supportive team.
Training Period
* First 2 weeks: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (onsite)
From Training Until 1st March
* Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm
* 1 weekend in every 3
* Any weekend worked = time off in lieu (TOIL) during the week
From 1st March
* Move to late shift pattern 12.30-9.00pm
* Still 1 weekend in 3, with TOIL
