In this position the caseload involves undertaking a range of private client work including wills, trusts and probate. This position will best suit a solicitor who enjoys being part of a collaborative environment and ultimately wants to grow with a firm. Key responsibilities at a glance
* Draft and review wills and estate planning documents, including trusts.
* Manage probate, estate administration, and client relationships.
* Collaborate with partners and other teams to deliver comprehensive client advice.
Key Requirements:
* 3 PQE+
* Experience in private client work, ideally including wills, trusts, and probate.
* Strong client‑facing and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently while working effectively in a team.
