Overview
We are recruiting a Trainee Domestic Appliance Engineer (White Goods Engineer) to join Pacifica on a self-employed basis. No previous white goods experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically or electrically minded individuals looking to start a long-term career in field engineering with strong earning potential. You will receive full training and ongoing support while building your own self-employed business.
Responsibilities
* Attend customer homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances
* Repair appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, ovens, fridge freezers and microwaves
* Deliver high levels of customer service at all times
* Manage your own workload and daily schedule
* Work independently in a field-based role
* Complete repairs safely and efficiently

Fully funded City & Guilds Assured training provided at our training academy in the north east of England.

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Own car or van suitable for carrying tools and parts
* Mechanically or electrically minded
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to pass a DBS check
* Public liability insurance
* Right to work in the UK on a self-employed basis
