Our diverse client base includes mid-market to FTSE-listed groups, public sector, real estate, and financial services, working across various sectors and client sizes.
We seek talented Directors with experience in areas including:
1. Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
2. End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
3. Advising on tax technology to support compliance and reporting
4. Tax technology implementation, including requirements gathering and design documentation review
5. Tax transformation, governance, and process improvement
6. Project and client management
Additional desirable skills include:
1. Data management, databases, data transmission, and transformation, including SQL
2. Analyzing large data volumes
3. Designing cloud-based tax applications
4. Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
5. Leading tax transformation and technology projects, often within broader finance transformations
6. Developing automation solutions for tax
7. Designing systems addressing international tax requirements
8. Collaborating with colleagues across Tax Transformation, GCT, and other KPMG teams
9. Establishing global governance and control frameworks
10. Developing service offerings and delivery models
11. Building strong client relationships
12. Managing performance of Senior Managers and Managers, including offshore resources
13. Identifying additional service opportunities and liaising with specialists
14. Coaching team members and following KPMG policies
