I am currently recruiting for a dedicated HR Generalist to join a great organisation based in Rayleigh. This is a pivotal role within their HR department, where you will be involved in various elements of employee relations.
This longstanding company are looking for someone passionate about HR to join them and grow their experience with them. This role would suit an experienced HR administrator/officer looking for their next step, so they can start developing their experience further.

Provide accurate HR administration and first‑line HR support across the employee lifecycle
Maintain high quality employee data and documentation in the HR system
Support managers with HR processes, ER activity, training and compliance
Assist with activity such as TUPE, redundancy or other initiatives
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements
Ensure compliance through audit readiness, data integrity, and policy adherence
Monitor key HR operations such as payroll deadlines, contract changes, and exit trendsExperience needed:
Be qualified to CIPD Level 3
Experience of implimenting HR processes and procedures
Ideally have experience working for a large commercial employer
Maintain strong and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
Ideally have experience with SuccessFactors or similar software
