* Trusts and wills
* Inheritance tax
* estate planning and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection applications
The Private Client Solicitor role:
* A minimum of 2 years PQE
* The ability to work with minimal supervision.
* A client-centred focus, taking responsibility for service levels and proactively maximising and improving client relationships.
* IT skills – use of a probate case management would be beneficial.
* A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal.
