Exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel plus 6 PQE to join a leading international business where you will form part of an experienced legal team and support with a range of commercial and retail finance legal work. Hybrid working at HQ in Milton Keynes.
Arbuthnot Yon are working exclusively with a global brand which operates across the UK, Europe and Asia and is part of a global conglomerate. The business is going through an exciting period of change and growth encompassing sustainable innovation, and R&D and expansion that require support from the legal team.
Forming part of a UK based Legal team and reporting into the General Counsel, you will work closely with stakeholders and advise across a range of legal areas with a focus on:
* drafting, negotiating, and advising on a full range of commercial contracts - supply and procurement contracts, distribution agreements, technology, and customer contracts.
* leading on retail finance arrangements from retail finance agreements to legal compliance, advertising and marketing promotions.
* You will also support the business with wider legal areas such marketing, IP, disputes and general compliance.
We are keen to hear from lawyers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love what they do!
If you are a commercial lawyer with retail finance / financial services experience, then this could be a great role to work in an established team of an international growing business.
