Overview
ADP is a global NASDAQ-listed organization providing cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration, and business outsourcing services. Our aim is to transform human resources from a back-office function to a strategic business advantage. This role is based in Staines-upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Being proactive with new prospects
* Using various methods (social selling & CRM data) to source new opportunities
* Identifying people who have HR/Payroll pain points or gaps; engaging them to a live project
* Staying up-to-date with market trends, and educating prospects on insights, potential threats or opportunities to improve their HR / Payroll processes
* Working to KPIs and targets for activity & meetings booked
* Collaborating with your Leader and colleagues to define campaigns to strategically direct outreach activity
* Demonstrating ADP solutions
* Managing the full end-to-end sales cycle with prospects
* Cleansing and managing your own data to ensure accurate strategies
Are you right for the role?
* Based in the UK, within daily commuting distance to the Staines office
* Ideally some experience within a complex sales environment
* Proven track record of carrying and achieving a sales quota for at least 12 months
* A great attitude with a willingness to learn
* Competitive by nature - a drive to be the best
* Enthusiastic and ambitious with a clear desire to progress within a large organisation
* Articulate with good business acumen and commercial awareness
* Experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) – preferred but not essential
