This site has a strong focus on developing high-quality flocked floor coverings and is committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable manufacturing practices. Working within a close-knit team, you'll be involved in hands-on R&D, supporting production, evaluating raw materials, and driving new product developments. In this role you will lead projects from concept through to implementation, supporting both lab-based experimentation and shopfloor production, while helping solve technical challenges and develop new solutions. This role would suit someone with textile dyeing, colourist, or R&D experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, varied, and innovative environment.
