Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure at Legal & General. We’re looking for a proactive and inclusive Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT Infrastructure and Networking projects focused on Lifecycle Management. You’ll be working across technical service towers and with tier 1 suppliers to ensure services and equipment meet lifecycle standards, while driving stakeholder engagement and successful project outcomes.What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, controlling and reporting
2. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior managers
3. Managing third-party vendor relationships and dependencies
4. Taking ownership of infrastructure project delivery and governance
5. Reporting progress and risks through weekly and monthly updates
6. Coordinating project documentation and communication across business units
7. Identifying opportunities through stakeholder engagement and shaping solutions
8. Following agreed methodologies and practices to deliver successful outcomes
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Holding a project management qualification or equivalent experience
10. Understanding infrastructure technologies and project delivery in complex environments
11. Managing outsourced suppliers and ensuring contractual delivery
12. Leading medium to large-scale infrastructure projects
13. Communicating and influencing across technical and non-technical teams
14. Demonstrating commercial awareness and sound judgement
15. Adapting to change with flexibility and resilience
16. Motivating teams and valuing diverse skills and perspectives
