As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking to strengthen our UK Sales Team with the addition of a Senior Business Development Manager. About the Ro leWe are seeking a professional with extensive experience in the 3PL and fulfillment sector. The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth initiatives and take a proactive, consultative approach to client engagement, delivering tailored solutions that address each client’s unique needs. They will possess a deep understanding of logistics operations, strong industry networks, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing mid-to-large size clients. This role is responsible for building and nurturing client relationships to consistently achieve sales objectiv es.The starting base salary for this position is €83,000 per yea r. Responsibilit iesIdentify, pursue, and se cure mid-to-large enterprise cl ients within target industries to expand CIRRO’s 3PL and fulfillment business in the UK and Euro pe.Develop and exe cute strategic sales and account acquisition plans aligned with company growth objectiv es.Collaborate closely with the Client Success Team to ensure smooth onboarding, service excellence, and long-term client partnershi ps.Understand and uti lize company pricing structures, operational processes, and fulfillment capabil ities to deliver effective, value-driven solutions—beyond price competiti on.Stay up to dat e on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market opportun ities, transforming insights into actionable strategi es.Take ownership and initiative—solve challenges independently and drive results with accountabili ty. Qualificat ionsBachelor's degree or equivalent experie nce.Minimum 5 years of business development ex perience within 3PL, logistics, or ful fillment sect ors.Proven track record of acquiring and m anaging large-scale clients, with consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales targ ets.Deep understanding of logistics operations and market trends, supported by a strong professional netw ork.Strategic thinker with a long-term partnership mindset and strong commercial acu men.Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and reporting ski lls.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams and functi ons.
