We are looking for motivated and driven individuals with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of Older People, with experience in a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role, which involves creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, keeping accurate records of support planning, and ensuring the service user is offered appropriate opportunities, experiences, and support within their care plan. The role also includes promoting access to local community opportunities and enabling service users to live meaningful lives.
We provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people, including care homes, respite, STAR units, and day services.

The Person
* Provide care and support that meets the Health and Social Care standards.
* Work collaboratively with other Council services and partner agencies to support effective planning and delivery of care.
* Be flexible and creative within a dynamic and ambitious team.
* Work towards the required qualification as specified by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). It is your responsibility to inform the SSSC once qualified.
* Achieve registration with the SSSC within 6 months of starting, applying within 3 months of employment. Maintain registration through ongoing professional learning and annual declarations.
