Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for Coordinating Project SchedulesIncluding project-based schedules for several facilities
2. You will be responsible for coordinating general daily enquires from customers.Including working directly with customers to secure project windows and coordinate the project through topletionIncluding maintaining and developing key relationships with new and existing customersHaving full knowledge of tariff rates for individual customers Attending customer meetings and holding conference calls as requiredEnsuring customer expectations are managed and exceeded.
3. You will be responsible for processing Timesheets and Sales InvoicesIncluding maintaining accurate financial records
4. You will be part of the Project team, supporting all departments and maintainingpany servicesmercially
5. Responsible for coordinating and maintainingpany management systems.

6. Background in Coordinating Project Schedules
7. Background liaising with Clients
8. Proactive with the ability to time-manage, coordinate and problem solve
9. Excellent IT skills & Excel ability.
10. Excellent organisational andmunication skills with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
11. Ability to work in a team as a key member but also have the ability to work independently andplete assigned tasks with a high level of independence and ownership
