Milk Education are working with a welcoming and creative secondary school in the Liverpool L17 area who are urgently seeking a Qualified Music Teacher to join their team. This fantastic school is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who can deliver inspiring Music lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The Role
As the school’s Music Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons to KS3 & KS4 students
2. Plan and prepare creative schemes of work that encourage students’ musical development
3. Use a range of teaching strategies to support learners of all abilities
4. Take responsibility for classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
5. Support with extracurricular music activities, performances, and events
6. Contribute to the wider creative arts department
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Previous experience teaching Music in a UK secondary school
9. A strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Music education
10. Excellent classroom management skills
11. A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
