The Role
We’re looking for a confident Turn Around Manager to provide hands‑on, peripatetic leadership across our Supported Living services in Leicester and surrounding areas.
You’ll step into services at critical moments — covering vacancies, stabilising teams, and driving quality improvements — ensuring safe, consistent, and person‑centred care.
What You’ll Do
* Provide interim leadership across multiple services
* Stabilise teams and maintain high‑quality care delivery
* Lead service improvements and ensure CQC readiness
* Support services through inspections and improvement plans
