As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers – also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants – you’ll help keep streets safe across London, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Patrol assigned areas across London
* Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with regulations
* Provide clear and professional communication to the public regarding restrictions and enforcement actions
* Provide a visible presence to deter non‑compliance
* Accurately record enforcement activity using handheld devices
* Maintain health and safety as well as operational standards

Licensing Requirements
* Moped – valid CBT
* Mobile enforcement – full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Working Hours
* 42.5 hours per week
* 5 days on, 2 days off
* Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm
