The Company: \n\nYear on Year Growth. \n\nGreat career opportunity. \n\nPart of a larger group. \n\nEstablished for over 25 years. \n\nBenefits of the Territory Manager \n\n£36k-£38k basic \n\nOTE £12,800 at 100% - with escalators available \n\nCar Allowance \n\nPension \n\nPrivate healthcare \n\nMobile \n\nLaptop \n\n25 days’ annual leave + bank holiday \n\nThe Role of the Territory Manager \n\nOur client sells a range of advanced wound care dressings, absorbents, skin protectants, peak flow meters, gloves, & surgical tapes \n\n70% of the business will be in the community + 30% in the NHS/Acute \n\nTo promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community. \n\nTo reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to corporate vision and guidelines. \n\nCustomers will include TVNs, Procurement, Nursing Homes, Stoma Nurses, Incontinence Nurses, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, District Nurses and a range of Key Opinion Leaders. \n\nThe Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the range in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure Sales targets are achieved. \n\nIt is important to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers within the team to enhance your sales success \n\nParticipation with the Regional Business Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards and driving market share growth to achieve sales targets. \n\nClose working with the Business Development Manager & Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant. \n\nCovering Cambridge, Suffolk, Norfolk \n\nThe Ideal Person for the Territory Manager \n\nWound care experience both acute and community \n\nWill consider other medical devices backgrounds but must have a proven track record of success \n\nUnderstands the prescription route \n\nConfident product demonstrator \n\nSolid communication skills especially with anatomy & physiology \n\nSomeone used to selling into hospitals, quick learner, have a sense of urgency. \n\nYou will need to be a strong team player. \n\nThe ideal candidate is energetic and looking to make a name for themselves. \n\nProven track record of meeting/exceeding challenging targets \n\nProficient in the use of MS Office Suite software and the internet \n\nA full driving licence \n\nIf you think the role of Territory Manager is for you, apply now! \n\nConsultant: Rio Barclay \n\nEmail: (url removed) \n\nTel no.
