Residential Conveyancer – Lincolnshire
I have multiple opportunities across Lincolnshire for Residential Conveyancers of all levels, who are seeking new opportunities.
You should have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Purpose of the role:
As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload with the support of Partners and the wider team. You will conduct client meetings and interviews, assess legal issues and provide clear, practical advice, including guidance on costs. Your duties will also include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and correspondence, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and handling financial aspects of matters. You will play an active role in developing long-term client relationships and representing the team and firm at business development events.
Skills & Experience:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of one year’s experience in a comparable residential property environment. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in managing residential property transactions, supported by a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in legal research, drafting and the use of legal IT systems. You will also be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and possess sound problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
