Training Coordinator
Location: Leeds (occasional travel to Bradford)
Salary: £35,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Training Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing company currently investing significant resources into developing and enhancing its training and development function. This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to strengthen their people development strategy and build a best-in-class training environment.
This role will be based in Leeds, with occasional travel to the Bradford site, supporting the coordination and delivery of training activities across the organisation.
The Role:
* Coordinate and organise training programmes across multiple departments
* Support the development and continuous improvement of training processes and materials
* Work closely with managers to identify training needs and ensure employees receive the appropriate development opportunities
* Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
* Assist with onboarding and induction programmes for new starters
* Help support the implementation of new training initiatives as the company continues to invest in its training function
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers when required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Training Coordinator, Learning & Development, HR, or similar role
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments would be advantageous
* Ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities effectively
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
