Title: Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Cambridge
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £15.30 PAYE
Our client who are one of the leading companies are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis in the Cambridge area with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
Duties:
First point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance activity, received by telephone and e-mail.
Raise Purchase Orders/Invoices
Plan PPM work for engineers and sub-contractors
Track the daily work outstanding for engineers and sub-contractors
Collate accurate reports as required.
Ad hoc administration duties.
Managing quoted works process liaising with contract staff where required.
Requirements:
Administration Background
Understanding of the planning/scheduling maintenance works (desirable)
An excellent telephone manner.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
