Compliance Administrator
This is a fixed term appointment, for 2 years.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working systematically, is confident using digital compliance systems, and has the ability to follow through on actions. You will need to be proactive in chasing outstanding items, pragmatic in solving issues, and committed to helping the College maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
You will be a highly organised and diligent administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills. With a clear understanding of statutory compliance requirements and the importance of accurate documentation, you will play a central role in supporting the Estates Department to ensure the College meets all health, safety, and compliance obligations.
The Department
The Estates Department manages the maintenance, operation, security, and development of a large and varied estate that includes academic buildings, boarding accommodation, historic architecture, sports facilities, and commercial spaces. The department supports the College’s mission by ensuring that all sites are safe, well maintained, and fit for purpose.
