Introduction
Acorn by Synergie, one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists, is seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager to join the Crewe team. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with key clients on-site and be involved in the full recruitment process.
Key Duties:
* Ensure exceptional levels of customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.
* Provide an on-site presence at the client site; develop strong relationships with the client's management team.
* Source and vet candidates, matching them to suitable job opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
* Provide and present management information.
* Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.
* Cover weekly payroll and other administration tasks, when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, recruitment, or a client-facing role.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
