Job Description
We're looking for an Electrically Supervisor to join our Hard FM team based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
Location: Neath Port Talbot Hospital - on site
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will provide leadership, support, and expertise to deliver the contractual requirements of PFI facilities at Neath Port Talbot Hospital site. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team where you will have access to training and progression. Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Plan and prioritise workload to achieve service delivery.
* Ensure all work is completed to Health & Safety standards and compliance.
* Liaise with Maintenance and Contract Managers to ensure contractual conditions are met and resources are used efficiently within budgets.
* Manage and monitor site activities, progress, safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities.
* Ensure projects are completed on time.
* Manage reports, attend meetings, and review workloads accurately.
* Monitor helpdesk jobs for proper logging and timely completion.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you have:
* Experience in maintenance across multiple areas.
* Significant practical experience, preferably within a PFI or health sector setting.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and computer literacy.
* Electrical bias is essential.
* HV Authorised Person / switching experience is beneficial.
* Knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
* Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, relevant qualifications, and management training.
* A Full UK Driver's Licence.
