Bespak is looking for a QA Officer for a permanent position for this onsite role at the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £29k to £34k. Working Pattern – Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times. As a QA Officer, you will play a key role within the Quality team, ensuring that cGMP standards are upheld across the Holmes Chapel site. You will support both Manufacturing and QC by reviewing batch documentation, managing quality deviations, and addressing non-compliance issues. In this role, you will investigate problems, implement corrective actions, and ensure processes consistently meet quality requirements. You will also carry out routine internal GMP audits and analyse performance data to support ongoing improvements. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance throughout the site. As a QA Officer, your duties will include: • Ensuring the site maintains current GMP standards. • Reviewing production batch files and QC documentation. • Managing quality deviations and laboratory investigation resolution. • Providing quality expertise for projects and troubleshooting. • Performing regular internal GMP audits and walk-rounds. • Monitoring process performance to ensure product quality.
