We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
* Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or service
* Process sales orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system
* Take a hands-on role in developing, writing, editing, and formatting high-quality winning bids.
* Prepare written information on the business’, capabilities, and proposed contract approach
* Uploading information to the portal and CRM.
Skills:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
