What you’ll do Based in the South of the UK, you'll be at the forefront, guiding a regional support group in the support, delivery and maintenance of digital/IT products. The team handles all aspects of customer support—preventative, corrective, modification, and installation service activities. You'll ensure the ongoing maintenance of IT and digital products and take ownership of technical issues within the Information Solutions area. You have experience in IT systems support and implementation, or an equivalent. Previous leadership or line management experience is desirable. Adept at providing effective support for pathology laboratory solutions, genuinely motivated by exceeding customer expectations and empowering others with knowledge. Self-motivated and a master of troubleshooting, you take immense pride and ownership in your work. As a true implementer of positive change, you possess a questioning approach to challenges, a passion for driving new innovations, and a gift for training and developing others. You have proven skills with Microsoft products, Google suite, and Salesforce and are fluent in written and verbal English.
