Helping elderly Australians continue to live at home is incredibly rewarding and requires a team effort. We support you with experienced Care Coordinators who are available to answer questions, provide guidance, and support when needed.

Getting to know clients' personalities and life stories is enriching. We provide comprehensive information about their needs and manage rostering to maintain continuity, enabling you to build rapport and deepen relationships quickly.

We understand you have a life outside of work, and we aim to accommodate your schedule by offering flexible shifts that suit you, remaining open to future adjustments.

As a not-for-profit organization, we operate like a big family, treating clients and team members with passion, care, and respect.

We invite you to join our Whiddon family on a casual basis, caring for clients in the Kelso/Bathurst area. Candidates must be available on weekdays between 16:00-21:00, with weekend availability also required.

In this role, you will provide Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Personal Care, and Medication services to clients in their homes. You must hold a Certificate III in aged care or a related field (or be willing to obtain it), and have an insured car and valid driver’s license.
