As a Self-Employed Pilates Instructor, you’ll deliver world-class Pilates sessions that create real results, build deep client relationships, and contribute to an unrivalled member experience. You’ll be supported by the Director of Fitness, with a clear structure for development, standards, and business growth. The Role: As a key part of the coaching team you will: Develop safe, professional, and progressive Pilates programmes tailored to each client’s goals and movement needs Deliver exceptional group Pilates sessions (mat apparatus where applicable) Build and grow your reputation through the ONE LDN member community and club support Maintain consistent client activity and session quality to drive results, retention, and referrals to your classes Collaborate with PT, S&C, Physio and Group Exercise teams to create a well-rounded member journey Deliver outstanding hospitality and service to all members and guests Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and equipment standards at all times Commit to ongoing education, coaching development, and ONE LDN performance standards The Person: Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Programme A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a recognised certification provider Ability to provide valid copies of all relevant Pilates certifications Strong coaching presence, excellent communication, and high attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism A growth mindset - you want to improve your craft and build a thriving Pilates business Your recruiter for this role is Izzy Roberts, Senior Recruiter at Jobs In.
