Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Childcare Apprentice to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and looking to develop their career in early years education while gaining a recognised Level 3 qualification. You will support the delivery of engaging activities, ensure children’s safety and wellbeing, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of age‑appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Assist in creating a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe, monitor, and record children’s development and progress.
* Support children’s personal care routines (e.g. toileting, hygiene, mealtimes).
* Promote safeguarding and follow all health and safety procedures.
* Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of care and education.
* Attend training sessions and complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship programme.

* Basic IT skills for completing coursework and recording observations.
Entry Requirements
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
* Commitment to completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.
* Successful completion of enhanced DBS check.
