About the role
Housing Services are looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer.
Working alongside colleagues and contractors your role will be liaise with tenants during repairs and refurbishment projects ensuring that the tenants are fully updated, any complaints successfully resolved and a positive relationship between the tenants and Council is maintained.
You will be required to undertake Quality and site‑specific Health and Safety audits.
You will need experience of working with customers and be able to demonstrate both communication and influencing skills.
