Role Summary
As a field sales consultant you will begin with a comprehensive induction that equips you with in‑depth knowledge of our business and products, enabling you to provide customers with a best‑in‑class experience. You will receive pre‑qualified leads, first‑class sales training, and ongoing support to continuously improve and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and close sales opportunities within assigned territory
* Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective customers
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
* Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales metrics
* Collaborate with the marketing team on field promotions and events
Qualifications & Requirements
* Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle – essential for a field‑based role
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence in a customer‑facing setting
* Enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine desire to exceed sales targets
* Self‑motivated and able to manage own schedule while meeting performance goals
* Experience in sales (manufacturing or service) is an advantage but not mandatory
