The Staff Bank at Homerton Healthcare is a pool of temporary staff used as and when required to fill gaps across the organisation. We consider our Staff Bank workers to be an integral part of our success and have recently increased our bank rate to support them.
This role is for an experienced registered nurse (adult branch) who is seeking flexible, temporary work across the Trust in acute medical, surgical and rehabilitation wards.
Key responsibilities include delivering a high standard of nursing care, assessing individual patient needs, planning, implementing and evaluating care, and adapting to meet the specific needs of patients and their relatives.
