Job Duties:
1. Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational content
2. Support individual and small groups of students in their learning activities
3. Help create and implement educational strategies to engage students
4. Provide feedback to students and teachers on progress and areas for improvement
5. Assist with classroom management and student supervision
Required Qualifications:
6. A degree in Education or related field
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education:
Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
9. Understanding of educational principles and practises
10. Ability to engage and motivate students
11. Excellent organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Postgraduate qualification in Education
13. Experience working with diverse student populations
