Job Description:
The Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing site Health & Safety implementation, maintaining confidentiality, updating risk assessments, working with applicator companies to meet customer service expectations, training staff, managing budgets, maintaining the Bill of Materials, developing maintenance programs, ensuring legislative and environmental compliance, maintaining EQMS standards, participating in quality audits, covering Customer Service Manager duties during absences, managing market demands, and responding to directives from the Logistics Director.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Sage 200
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Leadership and staff management abilities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Budget management skills
* On-site parking available
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
