Your new company Your new company are one of Northern Ireland's largest manufacturing firms, who have recently implemented a cutting-edge manufacturing line within a new state-of the art building. Due to this impressive expansion, there is a brand-new role for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team. Your new role As Production Supervisor, you'll lead this innovative manufacturing line, overseeing approximately 50 operators and the relevant support team. You will provide supervisory guidance and mentorship to your team, coordinating root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement activities to achieve targets. You will ensure a safe working environment with a strong focus on safety culture. You will be managing area production schedules and staffing levels using Daily Resource Planning (DRP). You will be responsible for creating a culture of adherence to Design for Test, rigorous problem-solving, and customer value and establishing monthly and daily production targets and communicating requirements to the team. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for the role should be educated to A Level (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, or have 3-5 years' direct supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
