We focus on lead generation and develop our own products and tools to provide a first-rate user experience allowing us to process 100,000 enquiries each month. We are looking for a multi-skilled UX & CRO Specialist to join our in-house product team. This role requires a 360-degree approach to user experience design, form optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation. Youll be responsible for the full UX lifecyclefrom ideation to implementationwhile ensuring consistent and engaging digital experiences that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Were seeking someone who thrives in a small, collaborative team and can lead the charge in enhancing customer journeys. You will:
Own the end-to-end user experiencefrom the first interaction with the brand to system sign-on.
Conduct usability testing to ensure that all materials are effective and optimised for user needs.
Enhance engagement and creative consistency across the customer journey.
Simplify complex UI challenges, testing and validating hypotheses where possible.
Recommend and execute improvements to UI and UX based on best practices and business needs.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and development teams to create seamless customer experiences.
Design with accessibility in mind and ensure all assets adhere to strategic and brand design guidelines.
Produce both static and dynamic designs that stakeholders can interact with during the design process.
Monitor and analyse competitor trends and maintain a strong awareness of UX/CRO industry best practices.
Generate ideas and innovative solutions with team members.
Contribute to a consistent and engaging software UI in collaboration with internal teams.

UX & UI Design
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Form Optimisation & Funnel Analysis
Understanding of web technology, responsive design, and accessibility standards
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
Strong grasp of digital design systems and interaction principles
Preferred Tools & Experience
While we dont mandate a specific toolset, experience with the following is highly beneficial:
Design & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Balsamiq
CMS Platforms: WordPress, Contentful, or other headless CMS platforms
UI Design: Strong visual design skills for web-based software and applications
Ability to translate ideas into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

This role is either hybrid or fully remote will be considered, the working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
