Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that cater to pupils of varying abilities. You will create a stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to achieve their best.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Assess and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil progress.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning outcomes.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Recent experience teaching in a UK school setting is preferred.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
