Lingdale Golf club require a Bar & Catering Supervisor to help the day to day running of a busy Golf Club bar and catering operation. We are a small and friendly team and require an out going friendly team member to join us. Transport is essential as there is no bus routes to this location, also we would require you to work from time to time in a nearby village that we also operate. Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including catering, coffee service, and banquet events.
- Assist the manager in managing and training staff members, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments within the golf club to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food and beverage areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including catering, bartending
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
