COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PARTNER – US FIRM – CENTRAL LONDON
Our Client, a US firm with significant global presence is looking to add to its ranks with the appointment of a Commercial Litigation Partner.
THE FIRM
With several offices spread throughout the US, UK and Asia, our client has experienced significant growth over the past few years, continuing throughout 2023 and 2024. They offer a full legal service, including, commercial disputes, large corporate transactions; intellectual property; and Tax Law.
THE TEAM
The Commercial Litigation Team teamprovides the full range of disputes advice, covering complex multi-jurisdictional and arbitration matters. Clients include large corporations, SME’S and HNW individuals covering a variety of sectors, such as technology, manufacturing and energy.
Work is focused in both the UK and abroad with a significant part of the practice focusing on international cases.
THE INDIVIDUAL
We are now looking for a Litigation Partner to join the team. Ideally you should come from a firm with a similar profile to our client. Experience in commercial litigation, as outlined above is a prerequisite. You should also be a self-starter with a successful business development record.
