About the Role
As a Maintenance Operative, youll play a key part in ensuring our accommodation and wider Village environment remain in top condition. Your work will directly contribute to a 5-star guest experience, combining both preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.
What Youll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance in guest accommodation
* Responding to reactive maintenance issues quickly and professionally
* Conducting general repairs and maintenance across all areas of the Village
* Helping ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard
* Working collaboratively with the wider Facilities Maintenance team
