As a HR Advisor, you will play an integral role in helping the business achieve its strategic goals by providing advice and guidance in relation to building high performance teams and culture. Working closely with employees and managers you will help ensure that our people are engaged and supported whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with company procedures, documented policies, and employment legislation. This is a varied HR generalist role in which you will work closely with the Foxtons management team and have responsibility for a wide range of tasks.
