Major Job Functions:
1. Learn and assist in hose assembly processes under supervision (60%)
2. Support order processing, returns, and workflow management with guidance (20%)
3. Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards (20%)
Specific Skills:
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
6. Basic attention to detail and numeracy.
7. Ability to work as part of a team.
8. Good communication skills and positive attitude.
9. Interest in mechanical or hydraulic systems
Knowledge:
10. No prior technical knowledge required; training will be provided.
11. Awareness of health and safety practices is essential
Accountability:
12. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a tidy workspace.
13. Seek guidance when unsure and demonstrate progress in learning.
Education & Experience:
14. No formal experience required; interest in hydraulics, engineering or mechanical work is essential.
15. Basic customer service skills advantageous.
