Job Role
6. Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily operations
7. Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
8. Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
9. Contribute to menu planning, including bespoke wedding menus and seasonal offerings
10. Manage stock levels, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients
11. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture

Your Skills and Experience
14. Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, ideally within a wedding venue or event catering environment
15. Strong leadership and team management skills
