Role: Admin Assistant
Location: Portsmouth
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Office Based
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph - £12.50ph
Holt Recruitment is working with an electrical Company in Portsmouth who is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join the team permanently on a full time basis.
As the Admin Assistant, your duties included in this role are:
Scanning of documents
Provide Admin Support to the production Manager.
Purchasing
Sales Order Processing
Answering telephone calls and filtering them to the correct personnel
Chasing of outstanding purchase orders for both goods that are overdue and goods that are due soon, and updating the order accordingly
General Filing
Meeting and greeting of visitors
Data Input
Administrative support to office staff
Adhere to Policies and procedures
To conduct yourself in a professional way during your working day to colleagues and superiors
Any other duties requested by other members of the company as required (to include deputising for colleagues in periods of absence)What do you need as an Admin Assistant?
Experience within Purchasing and Sales Orders
Previous manufacturing experience e is preffered
Strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Good Time management
