A leading local authority in Herefordshire is seeking experienced and passionate Community Wellbeing Social Workers to join their Adult Social Care team. The Role The successful candidate will join a supportive and forward-thinking Community Wellbeing Directorate, working across a diverse caseload that includes: Adults with physical disabilities Older adults Individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs Key responsibilities include: Conducting Care Act assessments and support planning using a strengths-based approach Working on CHC and Section 117 cases Leading Section 42 safeguarding enquiries Completing Mental Capacity Assessments and Community DoLS This role offers regular supervision and the chance to explore specialist practice areas. Candidate Requirements Applicants must: Be registered with Social Work England Hold a recognised qualification in Social Work (Degree, Diploma, C.S.S., or C.Q.S.W.)
