The Community Midwifery Locality Manager will manage the community teams located across BCUHB, and provide support to the other members of the team. Main duties of the job Alongside the community leadership team, management of community midwifery service provision across BCUHB. Leading on service improvements. Liaising with other stakeholders/departments to ensure safe and smooth running of the community midwifery service. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and /or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
