Position Summary
As Sous Chef you will be second‑in‑command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering for them when they are not on shift. You will be right in the action in our kitchen and help run the line during service.
Responsibilities
* Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
* Accountable for running the line during service
* Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team – help develop their skills
* Maintain the highest standards of food and service
