Job Title: Fitness Product Lead
To own and lead the fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

Job Responsibilities
1. Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
2. Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
3. Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
4. Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE, leading by example and training the team to improve confidence and delivery
5. Own the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
6. Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
7. Manage group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
8. Increase member engagement within your community
9. Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
10. Drive new member sales and retain existing members to grow the member base
11. Support the wider team to drive revenue from memberships, products, and secondary services
12. Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
13. Provide constructive feedback to support team development
14. Drive personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly
Qualifications
Essential:
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
* CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
* Experience in running personal training sessions
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Experience in delivering various group training modalities
* Up-to-date industry knowledge
* Effective communication and management skills to motivate the team
* Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-focused approach
* Ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
* Flexibility in working hours
