Our Team

The Electoral Services Team here in Halton serves over 95,000 electors across Widnes and Runcorn. The team ensures the delivery of fair transparent elections as well as the efficient legal duties of electoral registration. Based at the Municipal Building in Widnes, the team works flexibly but you will be required to be office based as the service demands.

The team is looking for a dynamic motivated individual looking to progress their career as Deputy Elections Manager. With major legislative changes set to reshape the electoral landscape, this is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role at the centre of local democracy.


Your Contributions

* An experienced electoral administrator committed to enhancing the service for electors and stakeholders
* Lead the service on electoral registration, with an in‑depth knowledge of electoral legislation and statutory responsibilities
* A motivated team player able to support or deputise in the absence of or under the instruction of the Electoral Services Manager
